My car was smashed and they did a good job but took forever to finish it.

I recently purchased a preowned truck from Rice GMC, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Marty Milsap, my sales guy, was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, laid-back, and never put any pressure on me. His no-nonsense approach made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. After buying the truck within a week or so, I encountered an issue with the sunroof leaking, which was unexpected. The truck was used and there was no warranty on it. When I called about my tag, Marty asked how I was liking the truck. I told him I loved it but I mentioned the leak, and without hesitation, Marty and Nick, the sales manager, stepped up to help. They offered to seal the sunroof. When I took in to get the roof sealed, it was going to be a few hundred more to just fix it. So I opted and paid to have it fixed. I called Marty and he got with Nick and they offered cover the entire cost of the fix! Their commitment to customer satisfaction blew me away. Marty and Nick went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase, even though they had no obligation to do so. If you're in the market for a used car or truck, I highly recommend Rice GMC. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to check them out. Their outstanding service and dedication to their customers are unmatched. We have purchased three vehicles from Ed Heath. Ed has always treated us great. It has been a great experience purchasing our vehicles from Ed. Ed spent time with my wife going over all the features of the new vehicle. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Ed Heath and Rice GMC.

Rice is always willing to go the extra mile when servicing our Buick. Unfortunately, they were unable to recreate the acceleration issue we were having, but they did test drive it. We will watch for any future issues in that regard.

Great selection of vehicles at reasonable cost however the deciding factor for me was my salesman Bill Francis. Bill was a great person and I enjoy doing buisness with good people.

We were traveling through Knoxville when we had a transmission failure with our Buick Enclave. We limped into Rice desperately needing help. Theresa and all the service department worked to getting us back on the road which involved a total transmission replacement. Theresa contacted the extended warranty company to work out the details. The service technician even discovered an issue with the tie rods that was taken care of. Thank you Rice GMC Buick!

My Fiancé and I bought a beautiful blue 2019 Tahoe LT at Rice and we both couldn't be happier! We were NEVER pressured into doing anything we didn't want to; in the beginning when we test drove the Tahoe, we were very clear that it was more money than we wanted to spend but after a week of shopping around and looking at similar Tahoes of that year give or take a few years and in that mileage range, we both realized that it was a good deal so we pulled the trigger and bought it. After the financing department ran it through their financial service, we weren't totally happy with the APR so we asked if we could run it through TVA Credit Union where I bank and the Gentleman was cool with it so we got it at the APR we originally had in mind. We traded in an older Tahoe and an F-150 and we both feel that we got a fair offer for trade in on the vehicles we traded in. Once everything was done, Andrew must've spent an hour going over EVERY FEATURE the Tahoe had with Terri (it's her baby! LOL) and made sure all of our questions were answered. Again, Terri and I are both VERY PLEASED with how we were treated; not one person ever treated us like we were idiots and try to pull a fast one on us (Terri used to do auto loans for a living and knows all the ins and outs of financing a vehicle) so it made our purchasing experience a great one! We will be repeat customers with Rice GMC/Buick for our future transportation needs; thank you all at Rice for making this a great experience, more dealerships could learn a few things from Y'all!

Very friendly nor as expensive as I thought

Service was completed very timely, staff was friendly as usual

I written off by the sales person Gary Dean the minute I walked in and said I wanted to buy a $90k truck. I knew what truck I wanted, the plan was to test drive it and see if they could locate one in the specs I wanted. After test driving the truck he was very cold and did not offer to sit down or help me locate a truck. I did not feel welcome nor worth his time. I left. A few days laterI purchased my new 2024 GMC Sierra 3500HD AT4 at a dealership that treated me like I was family. Im going to go on a limb and say Gary is not a reflection on the rest of the dealership.... hence the 3 stars instead of ZERO.
